Shipping

We ship by Priority Mail and UPS with tracking and delivery typically in 5-7 business days. Heavy items and orders containing aerosol products or those requiring ice are typically sent by UPS which may take somewhat longer to arrive. Holiday season and weather conditions are beyond our control and may delay delivery times.

All orders are charged a flat shipping fee of $7.99 up to a total order value of $99.00. Orders over $99.00 receive free shipping. However, packages weighing more than five pounds and orders requiring ice may be charged additional shipping and handling fees. Where available, customers are offered the option of selecting UPS Ground, UPS Next Day, and UPS 2nd Day delivery at an additional charge. We currently do not ship outside the United States.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours of the time of purchase or the first business day following the purchase if purchased on a holiday or weekend unless an item is backordered or otherwise delayed from the manufacturer.  We ship products from multiple warehouses. As a result, you may receive your order in more than one shipment. We may choose to alter these shipping restrictions at any time. We also reserve the right to ship items with alternate carriers as needed.

How To Return Your Order

We want you to be satisfied with the products you purchase from us. If you're not satisfied with your order you may return it within 10 days from the invoice date for a cash refund or replacement (less shipping). The return shipping will be your responsibility. Please email us at CustomerService@VetMedsRx.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please note no returns will be accepted without prior authorization.

Important Notes:

• Merchandise must be unused and in an undamaged, new saleable condition, in its original packaging, with no seals broken, including all manuals and other materials provided by the manufacturer. Damaged or partially used products will not receive a credit or be returned.
• Returns are subject to a 10% Restocking Fee. The initial and return shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, $7.99 will be deducted to pay the cost of the initial outbound shipping to you.
• All refunds will be credited to the payment form used for the original purchase.
• We recommend sending returns insured by UPS or Federal Express or some other form of traceable delivery and in sturdy packaging to protect the product from damage and wear in transit.
